SERVICE AREA MANAGER – END USER EXPERIENCE for YIT

Join YIT as a Service Area Manager and lead Service Managers and Solution Architects in End User Experience Team!  

Team is responsible for continuous End-User IT Service development and delivery together with the partners. You promote business-oriented approach and ensure the fulfillment of high End-User experience in service development and –delivery.  We will give you the best tools for success, and by collaborating closely, we will strive for better business. 

In this role, you are responsible for 

  • Leading End User Experience team
  • Ownership of Service Management office (SMO) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) standards, processes and governance model
  • Continuous development of End User IT Services and processes based on business and end user feedback
  • High quality and customer satisfaction of End-User IT Services
  • Managing IT partners and agreements
  • Budgeting and forecasting

You will work closely with other business technology teams, YIT business and IT Service delivery partners to develop and deliver IT services to fulfill business requirements and bring value to YIT. In this role, you will report to Head of End User Experience and IT Infrastructure.

Are you the professional we are looking for?

You will thrive in this role when you have service attitude and ability to cooperate efficiently with various stakeholders in YIT. You can take several things forward at the same time and have persistency to reach the goals and drive change initiatives. You communicate fluently in English and Finnish, other language skills are considered as an asset.

You have wide experience in IT Service Management, ITSM methods, ITIL practices and processes based on ServiceNow platform. You also have proven solid experience in SMO/SIAM operations and practices and sufficient experience and skills in Vendor Management. You have wide understanding of solutions for modern workplace management and enterprise end user computing environments based on Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365)

We expect you to have suitable Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and broad and proven experience of leading IT professionals. Knowledge of SAFe or other agile development method and experience of usage on Azure DevOps considered as an asset.
