We are looking for

Change & Communications Manager

with partial allocation to support our customer Metso’s project during feasibility study phase by taking care of internal communication and change management.  Metso offer a broad range of products and services for our customers in the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining industries. 

Allocation and schedule: Expected allocation for the feasibility study phase (Now to Jun/25) is 20%-50%. The person is supposed to join the project immediately and the first assignment will be until December 2024. 

Role profile:

List of things that Change & Comms Manager would do is: 

• Create communication and strategy and a change management strategy
• Plan and execute a expectation management around the initiative 
• Compile materials for leadership to enable the next phase (getting the resourcing and go-ahead for the transformation) 
• Establish communication channels and coordinate the communication to different stakeholder groups
• Write communication letters and send those out to the relevant stakeholder groups
• Organize demos and other tool related learning opportunities
• Govern the project Boulevard pages (Metso intra sites)
• Send out surveys regarding end-user engagement, readiness, lessons learned etc. 
• Organize demos and coordinate the archiving and sharing of materials that we accumulate from the tool providers and consultancies 
• Raise issues if there's resistance or unwillingness to participate into the project and mitigate these 
• Plan how to compile training materials for end-users to ready themselves for the change (what is important to have for a S2P training to be successful)

Location: Espoo or remote. Flexibility to work across different time zones is expected.
